At The Mindful Path Wellness, we offer small group yoga and mindfulness classes in downtown Oakville. Our sessions are designed to nurture your mind and body, blending movement, stillness, and community connection. Whether you join a drop-in class or a monthly series, these practices offer the space to pause, recharge, and grow.

Chakra Flow Yoga

A dynamic practice blending movement, breathwork, and meditation to awaken and balance the body’s energy centers. Align your body, mind, and soul.

Tuesdays 9:30–10:30am with Tracy

Yin Yoga

A grounding, meditative practice where postures are held for 2–5 minutes. Yin helps release deep tension, improve joint mobility, and create space in both body and mind.
