The Mind-Body Method for Women is a holistic, science-backed program designed to support your whole self—mind, body, and soul—through every phase of womanhood. Rooted in the Girls Gone Strong Women’s Coaching Specialist approach, this method helps you reconnect with your body, understand what it needs, and build habits that feel good and actually last.
Women’s bodies evolve—and so should the way we care for them. From the hormonal shifts of perimenopause to the mental load and physical demands of midlife, this program gives you the tools, knowledge, and support to feel strong, energized, and deeply at home in your body.
Personalized 1:1 Wellness
Our sessions are designed to help you reconnect with yourself and create lasting change outside of traditional therapy. These sessions offer practical support for individuals looking to build healthier habits, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and combines emotional awareness, mindset shifts, and holistic wellness tools. We’ll explore ways to reframe unhelpful patterns and help you reconnect with what truly matters in your life. The sessions include gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help you strengthen the mind-body connection, and may include personalized nutrition tips and daily wellness practices.
These sessions are all about supporting you in creating balance, clarity, and a sense of calm. They focus on practical strategies and tools to help you move forward with confidence.
COST: $170 per session or $ 725 for 5 sessions
Personalized
Yoga for Wellness
These 1:1 Yoga Sessions offer personalized guidance tailored to individual goals, whether enhancing overall wellness, improving mobility, reducing anxiety, or cultivating greater presence. These sessions integrate movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support physical and mental well-being, helping clients build strength, flexibility, and a deeper connection to themselves. Each session is customized to meet unique needs, creating a supportive space for growth, healing, and balance.
COST: $150 per session or $ 650 for 5 sessions
Private
Pilates Reformer
These one-on-one sessions offer personalized, guided movement on the Pilates Reformer to help you build strength, improve posture, and move with greater ease. Whether you’re recovering from injury, looking to build core stability, or simply want to feel more connected to your body, sessions are tailored to meet your goals and needs.
With a focus on alignment, breath, and mindful movement, private reformer Pilates helps support the nervous system while strengthening the body from the inside out — leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and more at home in your body.
COST: $150 per session or $650 for 5 sessions
Psychotherapy
A supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns through evidence-based approaches that promote clarity, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. Sessions may include tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), mindfulness, and somatic-based practices to support nervous system regulation and mind-body connection.
Psychotherapy can help with challenges such as anxiety, low mood, life transitions, stress, and relationship difficulties. Each session is tailored to meet individual needs, creating space for insight, skill-building, and meaningful change aligned with personal values.
Psychotherapy is provided by Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying), practicing under the guidelines of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
COST: $185 per session, insurance receipts available.
Small Group Mindfulness Circle
(6 participants per session)
Sunday Morning Mindfulness Group

Join us for a gentle, grounding 8-week mindfulness group designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release stress, and build a deeper mind-body connection. Each session blends simple mindfulness practices, breathwork, and meaningful reflection—no experience needed, just curiosity and an open heart.
