Her holistic approach blends somatic practices, breathwork, Thai massage, Reiki, and integrative healing, creating a path toward balance and reconnection.

Known for her calm presence and intuitive insight, Tracy provides a safe and supportive space where clients can explore emotions, release what feels blocked, and listen to the body’s wisdom. Her sessions invite you to slow down, breathe, and reset — supporting movement through patterns of stress, overwhelm, or “stuckness” that may show up physically, emotionally, or energetically.

As a guide on the healing journey, Tracy walks alongside clients with compassion and care, supporting the body’s natural ability to restore balance and inviting deeper connection with both body and spirit.
